Beyond Boundaries Dance Collective was founded in 2005 as a collaboration of choreographers and dancers in the Grand Junction community. With a focus on contemporary dance, Beyond Boundaries seeks to create an avenue for artistic excellence and expression where we can touch, move and inspire others through our passion for dance. Beyond Boundaries is committed to supporting the next generation of dance artists, giving a substantial portion of its proceeds to the Colorado Mesa University Theatre Department in grants for dance students each year. The name Beyond Boundaries refers to our desire to continue dancing throughout our lifetime.

Beyond Boundaries Dance Grant

Beyond Boundaries is committed to supporting the next generation of dance artists, giving a substantial portion of its tickets sales proceeds to the Colorado Mesa University Theatre Dept. for a dance grant each year. CMU’s 2012 Beyond Boundaries grant recipient was Rachel Krueger, currently a Dance Major at CMU .

Rachel chose to use the grant to attend the Bates Dance Festival in Maine this summer.
